This is an ever-evolving list of featured meals you can choose from. Check back often, as I’ll be updating it weekly!

Breakfasts

-Veggie Omelettes (whites or whole, pick your veggies or cheese)
-Meat Omelettes (turkey bacon, bacon, veggie sausage, turkey sausage, deli meat, etc)
-Protein Pancakes (chocolate or vanilla whey protein)
-Protein Muffins (chocolate, banana, plain, berry)
-Egg Cups (any veggie, cheese or meat)

Lunch/Dinner

-Turkey Taco Bowls (ground turkey, bell peppers, onions, black beans and salsa with brown rice or cauliflower rice)
-Sausage and Peppers (chicken sausage, bell peppers, onions & tomato sauce over extra veggies or whole wheat pasta)
-Buffalo Chicken Meatballs (with any side or veggie)
-Turkey Meatballs with Marinara (over zoodles or whole wheat pasta)
-Chicken or Steak Stir Fry (marinated in a soy, sesame, ginger & garlic sauce with broccoli, peppers, onions, carrots and water chestnuts over brown rice or extra veggies)
-Grilled Chicken Parm (grilled chicken, marinara sauce, low-fat mozarella cheese over whole wheat pasta or zoodles)
-Burrito Bowls (chicken, steak or eggs over brown or cauliflower rice with beans, tomato, onion, peppers, salsa)
